POSITIONJob Overview:We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Pricing Manager to join our BENU Pharmacy Retail & E-commerce team. The Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the pricing strategy for our products across our pharmacy network and e-commerce platform. This role requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, consumer behavior, competitive analysis, and pricing models to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.The ideal candidate has strong analytical expertise, in-depth knowledge of pricing strategies in the healthcare sector, and proven negotiation and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:Developing Pricing Strategy: Create and implement dynamic pricing strategies aligned with company objectives and market demand. Ensure competitive pricing while maximizing profitability.Market & Competitor Analysis: Regularly monitor competitors’ pricing strategies and market trends in the pharmacy and e-commerce sectors. Adjust prices accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.Product Lifecycle Management: Work with procurement teams to define appropriate pricing for new products and adjust pricing for existing products throughout their lifecycle.Profitability & Revenue Optimization: Analyze sales data, margins, and volumes to recommend pricing adjustments that drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability.Pricing Tools & Software: Utilize analytical tools and pricing software to track price performance, optimize pricing decisions, and automate adjustments when possible.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, sales, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives, promotional campaigns, and cost structures.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that pricing policies comply with applicable local, national, and European regulations in the pharmaceutical and e-commerce sectors.Pricing Optimization & Testing: Conduct A/B testing and other data-driven methods to identify the most effective pricing models.Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports to management on pricing trends, market conditions, and the impact of pricing strategies on business performance.PROFILERequired Skills & Qualifications:Pricing Strategy Expertise: Proven experience in pricing management, ideally in retail or the pharmaceutical sector, with a focus on competitive pricing models.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data and turn it into actionable recommendations. Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, and pricing software.Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical & E-commerce Sector: Good understanding of pharmaceutical retail markets and e-commerce specifics, including regulatory impact, pricing structures, and consumer behavior.Attention to Detail: High precision and accuracy in managing pricing data and performance analysis.Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex pricing strategies clearly to cross-functional teams and present insights to senior management.Project Management: Strong project management skills to drive pricing initiatives from concept to execution.Technical Proficiency: Experience with pricing software, ERP systems, and data visualization tools.
