Our Aircraft Leasing client is looking for a Pricing Director to join their Dublin office. The candidate will be part of the team responsible for overseeing the management of the firm’s assets, financing facilities, and funds.What you’ll be doing

• Conduct asset-level modelling for optimal returns, including lease extensions, restructurings, new leases, and sales
• Maintain portfolio models, updating and analysing appraisals regularly
• Prepare cash flows for banks and financial institutions.
• Assist in creating presentations for rating agencies, potential investors, and lenders
• Manage financing reporting and collaborate with the accounting department on monthly collections.
• Prepare and/or review the distribution waterfall, ensuring liquidity and covenant compliance.

What you’ll have

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or similar field
• 6 or more years of experience in an aircraft lessor or aviation-finance related position
• Financial modelling experience
• Strong mathematical and analytical background
• Excellent time-management skills, communication, report writing skills and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic with ability to work under tight deadlines and flexibility to work different hours
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
