TO DOAs a PR & Communication Manager, you have a passion for words and visuals. You craft and edit sizzling press releases, make readers drool over our newsletters, and put Neuhaus in the spotlight with premium flair. You are the guardian of the unique Neuhaus tone of voice. In this role, you report to the Director of Marketing.You develop and implement a refined PR and communication strategy that perfectly reflects the soul of Neuhaus, bringing our brand story to life in a sparkling way. Through strategic and creative communication, you bring the world of fine chocolate and Belgian luxury to life.You build and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with journalists, influencers, media partners, and other brand ambassadors, both nationally and internationally. With your charm and persuasion, you ensure that Neuhaus always garners the right attention in the most influential media.Crisis management with finesse: In times of crisis, you are the steady hand. With a sharp eye and a cool head, you effortlessly manage communication crises, protecting and enhancing Neuhaus’s reputation.You create, edit, and manage refined content that captures the essence of Neuhaus. Whether it’s a press release, an intriguing newsletter, or an inspiring social media post, your texts exude iconic class and elegance.You keep a close watch on all media attention and PR campaigns. With your analytical skills, you measure impact and consistently elevate Neuhaus in the spotlight.You manage the PR and communication budget with attention to detail, ensuring every euro invested contributes to maximum visibility and impact.You have a sixth sense for the latest trends in the media and premium worlds. You know exactly how to strike the right tone in each language to bring our story to life.Academic Brilliance: You hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as public relations, communication, or marketing. Your education provides the solid foundation upon which you’ve built a remarkable career.Premium Experience: You have 4-5 years of relevant work experience in the luxury or lifestyle sector, preferably as a journalist, magazine editor, or in PR/press management within an international environment. You understand the nuances of high-end brands and know exactly how to showcase them.You excel at building and maintaining valuable relationships with key figures and opinion leaders in the region. You know how to leverage these relationships to elevate Neuhaus to the next level.You have an international mindset, are creative, naturally curious, and open to new ideas.And last but not least, you have a genuine passion for chocolate.
