Who You AreYou’re a reliable and customer-focused Post Office Clerk with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Skilled in processing mail, handling packages, and providing excellent customer service, you excel at managing day-to-day postal operations with precision. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

What You’ll DoIn the role of Post Office Clerk, your duties will include:

Sort and distribute incoming mail.

Prepare outgoing mail (enveloping, stamping, sorting).

Manage postal requirements and ensure postage is up-to-date.
-
Maintain records and logs of mail.
-
Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.

Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.

Other duties as required.
Requirements:

Must be a US or Australian citizen
-
Must have a US Secret clearance, or an Australian NV-1 clearance
-
Must have a minimum of two years of USPS or AUS Mail experience.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Working knowledge of mail processes and postal regulations.

Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.

Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
This role will be located in Alice Springs. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.#SF
