Job Description:

 

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager for the Portuguese market.

In this role, you will oversee our brand presence across multiple social media platforms focusing in on Crypto/Web3.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand goals and target audience across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
• Create engaging, platform-specific content that educates and informs our audience about cryptocurrency news, trends, and developments in Brazil and globally.
• Manage daily operations of all social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting schedules and timely responses to user comments and messages.
• Collaborate with the editorial team to repurpose written content into visually appealing social media posts, short-form videos, and infographics.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports on performance and insights for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices in the crypto industry.
• Coordinate with influencers and industry experts for collaborations and guest appearances on our channels.
• Organize and moderate live streaming events, AMAs, and webinars on relevant platforms.

 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech sector.
• Proven track record of growing and engaging social media communities across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the Brazilian crypto market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Experience with graphic design software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing trends in both social media and cryptocurrency landscapes.
• Experience in community management and moderating online discussions.
