We are looking to hire a Client Relationship Legal Assistant fluent in Brazilian Portuguese to support our recruitment partner during an exciting time of transformation in the legal industry in Ireland. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting solicitors in managing a portfolio of Brazilian/Portuguese clients, handling both new inquiries and ongoing cases. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.Qualifications:

• 3rd Level Education (desirable)

Core Competencies (Essential):

• Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese
• Positive, motivated, and proactive attitude
• Strong skills in stakeholder and client relationship management
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general IT skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
• Practical experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, typing skills)
• Tact and diplomacy in handling sensitive matters
• Resourceful with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent organizational skills, with effective time and priority management

Desired Skills:

• Experience in customer care, legal background, and/or familiarity with a case management system

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in a client-focused, fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Client Relationship Manager and Solicitors with all new business inquiries
• Assist Solicitors in managing cases for Brazilian/Portuguese clients
• Manage and coordinate daily calendar appointments
• Oversee daily tasks, such as:

• Preparing submissions for the Injuries Board
• Reviewing court documents with clients
• Attending in-house client meetings
• Handle incoming calls from Brazilian/Portuguese clients, including general inquiries and new queries
• Open new client files and manage email correspondence from clients
• Translate documents as needed
• Coordinate with Barristers, Witnesses, Translators, etc., for hearing dates, medical appointments, etc.
• Attend settlement and consultation meetings alongside Solicitors
