Responsibilities:

• Creating unforgettable moments for every guest, ensuring each visit is extraordinary and memorable!
• Leveraging your deep knowledge of Perth and its local attractions, you will provide personalized information and advice to each guest.
• Handling reservation services and expertly managing guest luggage, mail, and taxi services, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for every visitor.
• Enjoy the excitement of rotating shifts while collaborating with amazing colleagues to create memorable experiences for our guests

About You:

• Full Australian working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
• Physically be based in the Perth Metropolitan Area
• Experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Possess a valid Full Australian Driver’s License (dual Manual & Automatic)
• Flexible availability to work various shifts including, mornings, evenings and weekends with immediate start
