Main responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes, the role is strategically positioned to realise the goal for T1D and contribute to the overall success of Sanofi. As the Population Health Strategy Lead you will be responsible to adapt the global people-at-risk screening, monitoring and infrastructure strategy to the country context for a first-in-class therapy in AT1D.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve screening, monitoring and infusion accessibility with Medical and Public Affairs by identifying new testing channels and methodologies, advocating for screening reimbursement, deploying funding initiatives and demonstrating benefits and value proposition of screening

  • Participating in adapting the global messaging to ensure a compelling screening narrative is available at country level and tailored to differently segments of customers based on the Go-To-Market model

  • Mapping the screening and monitoring ecosystem and referral pathways

  • Under strict Medical leadership and E&BI guidance, contributing to screening and monitoring partnerships with cross functional team, including diagnostic companies, electronic medical record companies and other sources of data, telemedicine platforms

  • Defining the optimal referral pathway for seamless people at risk/patient journeys across the healthcare system

  • Coordinating and working closely with the field teams on the implementation of the end-to-end patient / person-at-risk journey, from person-at-risk identification to infusion readiness

  • Identifying any operational barriers along the patient pathway

About you

  • Significant experience in pharmaceutical and diagnostic commercial, building partnerships with screening infrastructures and developing data driven solutions

  • Ability to translate health system market knowledge and develop strategic plans, and to execute tactical initiatives

  • Strong commercial business and financial acumen, strategic thinking and data analytics capabilites

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, medical, market access, public policy or equivalent level experience. Public Policy background would be desirable but not essential

  • Desirable background in launching products in Specialty / Rare diseases / Type 1 Diabetes requiring monitoring/screening, natinonal health initiatives

  • Highly collaborative, ability to network with multiple teams, organised and agile nature

  • Self driven, results orientated with strong PMO skills

  • Strong communication, presentation skills in English
