Job description

The role of Logistics Coordinator will be to ensure the timely completion and accurate delivery of goods for our clients customers. You will be responsible for large accounts within the Eastern European region, focusing on the Polish market. You will be working with some of the most recognisable brands in the world.

• Arranging deliveries to customers
• Preparing shipping document documentation
• Monthly stock reconciliations
• Managing customer accounts

• Must be fluent in Polish & English
• Strong experience within logistics & supply chain, preferably within FMCG
• Understanding of shipping documentation
• 3PL management experience
• Inventory management experience
• ERP experience & strong Excel skills
