- Organizing meetings and maintaining administrative systems for effective team operations.
- Coordinating internal and external communications, including managing social media and website updates.
- Acting as the first point of contact for inquiries directed to the RPPA team.
- Assisting in event coordination, particularly those involving individuals affected by death and bereavement.
- Supporting the RPPA team in developing and communicating policy proposals to stakeholders.
Key Criteria:
- Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with equal opportunities and some understanding of social policy and health-related issues.
- Experience: Proven background in office support and administration, with experience in managing busy workloads and coordinating events.
- Qualifications: Degree-level education or equivalent experience; flexibility for occasional evening/weekend work and UK travel is required.

Salary: £ 20820.80 – £ 21444.80 per annumContract: Permanent, Full-TimeBased: This role is predominantly home-based and can be based anywhere within the UK. You will be expected to travel to our sites across the UK occasionally. For those within commutable distance to London, you will have the option of working flexibly between home and in our modern open plan offices in Embassy Gardens (1 day per week in office).Benefits you’ll LOVE:
