PO Match Resolution Analyst-Remote

What you’ll do:
The PO Match Resolution Analyst, identifies root causes of invoice miss-matches, and coordinates resolution with procurement.
Responsibilities:
- Identify root causes of invoice miss-matches, coordinate resolution with procurement.
- Coordinate vendor resubmission / correction of invoices, correction of miss-postings and end to end resolution of the documents on hold.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Information:
- Position serves both internal co-workers and external customers, clients, patients, contractors, and vendors.
- Access to and/or works with sensitive and/or confidential information.
- Exhibit a [comprehensive] understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.
What you’ll need:
Education: High school diploma required or combination of education and experience
Experience: Minimum 2 yrs of purchase order experience in a hospital /healthcare environment
