This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work. Remote employees are expected to have a dedicated, quiet and distraction-free work space and an internet connection that’s sufficient for completing their job remotely.
Job Summary
This position is responsible for the strategic planning, delivery and continuous improvement of Information Technology services in support of business objectives. The role leads stakeholder engagement and manages internal and external resources across all phases of the Service Management lifecycle for the assigned services.
This position will have direct resources and ownership of Consumer-Focused Platform Engineering strategy, design, operations and improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Own all aspects of CICD, Production Release, Operations and Site Reliability Engineering capabilities and teams evolving each using a continuous production deployment and self-healing mindset.
- Build engaged teams via team member performance management, development, and engagement activities
- Build win-win relationships. Engage internal and external stakeholders to align business and Information Technology strategies, develop strategic and annual roadmaps, and support investment planning.
- Establish relationships with suppliers and manage supplier acquisition and oversight leveraging shared vendor management and purchasing processes and services.
- Manage all capabilities to defined service levels, key performance reporting, and standard processes while establishing and executing continuous improvement action plans
- Actively support and contribute to the development and consistent use of Information Technology processes and tools across the organization.

Bachelor’s Degree Required
Education Specifications
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Management or a related discipline
- Master’s Degree is a plus
Experience Requirements
Required
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of IT experience, with a proven record of accomplishment in planning, managing, and delivering information systems and services
- Extensive relevant work experience, including management of services, applications, infrastructure, teams, and projects
- Ability to cope with change and work effectively without having the total picture
- Ability to organize people and activities into an efficient workflow. Provides resources with information required to do an effective job and make the best possible decisions
- Provides direct, complete and actionable feedback to others
- Effective communicator (written and verbal) and presenter in formal and informal settings
- Facilitation and project management skills, and ability to apply those skills at the senior leadership level
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong skills and experience in issue resolution and managing to stringent timelines for deliverables
Preferred
- Five or more years of direct management of applications or services including demonstrated capabilities to manage cloud-based systems, multiple hardware platforms, and integrated information and communications systems.
- Ability to manage teams across a global environment and 3rd party partner services
- GitHub, Confluence, Jira, Azure, Web and Mobile knowledge

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
