Job Description:Salary: NegotiablePHS Job 2703A distinguished private household in the affluent village of Bothwell, located just outside Glasgow, is seeking a full-time live-out housekeeper to manage all classical housekeeping duties in a large 2-floor residence featuring 7 bedrooms and 4 living areas.The housekeeper will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the household, including cleaning, laundry, wardrobe management, and maintaining delicate surfaces. With the potential addition of marble and natural wood in the future, the housekeeper will also need to provide specialised care for these materials.This position offers a candidate-friendly working environment with a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week over 5 days, allowing for variation between 07:00 a.m. and 09:00 p.m. based on the household’s needs.Paid annual leave is provided, ensuring a balanced and rewarding role.The housekeeper will be required to drive for household errands, such as replenishing supplies and handling food shopping.While full pet care is not required, some assistance with the family dog may be needed. Cooking will also be involved on certain evenings, though this will not be a regular responsibility.The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, hardworking, and reliable, with extensive experience in housekeeping. Main duties of the Full-Time Housekeeper:

• Providing specialised care for delicate materials such as marble and wood, which may be introduced in the future

• Managing the daily upkeep of the household, including cleaning and maintaining all rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to a high standard.

• Handling classical wardrobe management, ensuring garments are cleaned, ironed, and properly stored.

• Cleaning and maintaining delicate surfaces, such as marble, silverware, and other high-value items.

• Laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and folding clothes.

• Replenishing household materials and food supplies, and driving for errands as necessary.

• Occasionally assisting with cooking, preparing meals on some evenings as required.

• Pet care assistance, ensuring the home is clean and comfortable for the household dog.

• Coordinating with the gardener to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements for this Full-Time Housekeeper job:

• 3 years of housekeeper experience
