Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the data manipulation for reporting and submissions to government agencies and vendors outside of the organization using Microsoft Excel. This team works with medications that are covered from Medicare and Medicaid, and this Pharmacist is asked to verify information through Excel by creating graphs/tables and then be asked to submit them to regulatory bodies. This Pharmacist will not be speaking with customers/have no customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medicare/Medicaid Expertise: Work with Medicare and Medicaid programs, understanding which medications are covered.

• Data Analysis: Spend 80-90% of your time working in Excel, performing advanced data manipulation and number crunching.

• Excel Proficiency: Utilize various Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, to create spreadsheets, graphs, and detailed reports.

• Regulatory Reporting: Create and submit graphs and reports to regulatory bodies.

• Data Management: Update member information and provide data to state vendors and HealthPartners.

• Drug Coverage Adjustments: Make adjustments to Medicare and Medicaid drug coverage based on data analysis.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Pharmacy License in State of Minnesota/Wisconsin

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college or school of pharmacy

• Must have extensive experience with Excel

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62.00 – $65.00/hr.
