As a key member of our team, you’ll collaborate with faculty, school leaders, and our IT team to integrate technology into the classroom, supporting diverse learning styles and abilities.   • Lead the deployment of the school’s digital platform including Schoology, Special Program, Performance Matters, UCCI and other tools that address the individual needs of students with varied learning styles, abilities,interests and backgrounds.
  • Ensure the implementation of digital learning systems support the school’s vision of differentiated, personalised student-centred learning, enabling teachers to tailor instruction to support academic, social, and emotional growth.
  • Partner with school leaders to ensure learning systems align with ISB’s strategy, future-focused vision, and commitment to innovative education.
  • Support educators in building their capacity to utilise technology to personalise instruction particularly for students requiring additional support or challenge.

Collaboration and Problem-Solving

  • Act as a bridge between educators, IT staff, and school leadership, fostering a collaborative environment where technology, pedagogy, and personalised learning systems work together to benefit students.
  • Work with teachers, leadership, and support staff to find creative solutions that meet evolving student needs and align with ISB’s commitment to innovation and personalization.
  • Facilitate cross-sectional collaboration to ensure learning systems are integrated holistically across the school, supporting curriculum goals and enhancing the overall learning experience.

Futures-Focused Innovation

  • Stay ahead of trends in educational technology, pedagogy, and personalised learning, ensuring that ISB remains a leader in creating future-ready learning environments.
  • Collaborate with leadership to research, pilot, and implement new learning tools and strategies that prepare students for global challenges and opportunities.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation, where staff and students alike are empowered to explore new approaches and technologies that enhance learning outcomes.

Data Analytics and Learning Outcomes

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop ISB’s Data strategy.
  • Implement and manage the data analytics aspects of the digital platform to support the data strategy.
  • Provide reports and insights to school leadership, contributing to the overall evaluation and continuous improvement of learning systems and practices.

Qualifications and SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in personalised learning, technology integration, and teaching / coaching within a K-12 school setting.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative learning solutions.

Skills

  • Expertise in curriculum mapping tools, learning management systems, and data-driven instructional tools.
  • A skilled teacher with the ability to coach and provide professional development to teachers, supporting them in integrating technology and personalised learning into their pedagogy.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to foster teamwork and create innovative solutions.
  • Experience in tracking student outcomes through data and using insights to guide instructional improvement.
