About the role

We seek a talented and motivated Performance Ads Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and high-performing digital ads across multiple platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital ads using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, ensuring all creative materials meet performance standards.
• Collaborate with the User Acquisition team to develop visually compelling ad creatives that drive user engagement and conversion.
• Conduct competitor research to stay updated on industry trends, creative strategies, and new ad formats to keep our campaigns competitive and fresh.
• Analyze the performance of creative assets and use insights to optimize designs for better ad performance and ROAS.
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to understand campaign goals and metrics, applying this knowledge to design effective creatives.

 

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator with a portfolio showcasing digital ad designs.
• Ad production experience with a solid understanding of digital advertising best practices and platform-specific requirements (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads).
• Experience in competitor research and the ability to analyze and draw insights from competitive landscape analysis.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and the ability to create designs that drive positive results.

 

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma for prototyping.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with AI instruments or tools for creative automation and optimization.

 

Location

Able operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
