We want you to become the best version of yourself.Join us as a People Services and Systems ManagerReporting to Head of People Services the core elements of this role are to lead and develop the People Services and systems management functions providing professional HR expertise, and services across the business.You will be responsible for identifying improvements to ensure effective processes which will deliver a timely, simple and consistent experience to our employees and managers alike.What else it involves

  • Accountable for the day to day performance of systems and the People Services team and ensuring the delivery of a highly efficient and effective support to the business.
  • Coordinate and lead the team in the completion of all activities related to people services processes, including but not limited to, systems queries, responding to colleague queries via email, phone & web chat, contract generation, payroll submission, benefits administration and weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Continually review process & systems efficiency through monitoring individual processes and system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop and lead appropriate solution and action plans to deliver on these initiatives.
  • Provide relevant technical production support, including researching and resolving issues and performing system testing for updates.
  • Analyse and report on HR information systems; gather data using built-in reporting tools and perform data analysis to ensure the system is properly recording specific metrics.
  • Provide regular dashboard, reports and metrics on team activity and trends as well as weekly and monthly reporting for the wider business.
  • Lead on all system maintenance during system upgrades and patches. Collaborate with developers to coordinate the entire system maintenance process and document its overall results.
  • Create and maintain appropriate HR information systems user documentation and procedures. Ensuring all users receive required training on any updated functionality.
  • Lead & help the People Operations team to regularly review and update Three policies and processes in line with Irish legislation and business needs keeping employee experience forefront at all times.
  • Work with the broader People & Property team to implement a variety of HR programmes and projects and coordinate the people services team to support the delivery of same. Lead and execute these projects as required.
  • Drive a culture of shared learning across the team, ensuring all team are fully competent in all activities within the team.
  • Mentor and guide the people operations team to hone their current skills and identifying opportunities for them to develop new skills
  • Work collaboratively with the wider People & Property Teams to identify and design HR interventions, ensuring engagement and business readiness for all relevant HR activities.
  • Ensure a positive working atmosphere by living and breathing all of our company values and help embed them into the teams way of working.
  • Champion as role model ensuring integrity, trust and confidentiality are core behaviours when working with colleagues across the business.
  • Project work as required including leading project(s) relating to process improvement, systems maintenance and implementations.

The skills we`re looking for

  • Experience working within HR with proven capability to lead, develop, coach and motivate a team

3rd Level qualification in a related field. * Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM a distinct advantage (we are currently migrating to the cloud)

  • Knowledge of Cornerstone backend admin and support would be advantageous
  • Expert knowledge of Data analysis tools (Excel, SQL)
  • A strong customer service focus and employee experience mind-set
  • Excellent collaborative relationships with business and HR colleagues
  • Strong credibility, and ability to influence at a senior level with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong HR experience and a thorough understanding of operational HR processes, People systems, in-country employment legislation and practice
  • Proven capability to lead on and implement HR projects
  • Ability to manage high workloads & conflicting priorities
  • Collaborative style and a good team player
  • High level of personal resilience, able to remain highly effective and flexible in changing business circumstances
  • Strong credibility, and ability to influence at a senior level with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to apply critical thinking to create innovative solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to speak to both developers and clients alike. Ability to translate technical information to simple language.
  • Planning, prioritization and organization skills
  • A self-starter who has a demonstrated capability and maturity to take ownership of their own development
