We’d love you to join us on our journey.About the roleThe role requires the delivery of an efficient, professional, and best in class service for our people in Germany and Portugal. You will be covering and managing all the operational activities across the employee life cycle for our people. You will collaborate with colleagues across the People team in the UK and Germany to define, design and implement global processes and policies and ensure (where possible) these are supported and streamlined through the use of our people systems and communication platforms. You will be seen as the trusted go to person for all operational and transactional queries and for advice and guidance on People processes and policies. In addition, through our company wide ticketing system you will be the first point of contact for our people for general policy, procedure and HR system queries for Germany and Portugal.
