Our platform stores knowledge of where the action happens, ensuring the thorough and error-free execution of workflows on which our global customers run their businesses. We service over 3k customers around the world, such as Airbnb, Spotify, AstraZeneca, and Accenture, and are VC-backed by Accel, Salesforce, and Atlassian.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an organized and entrepreneurial person to join our small but mighty People & Operations team.
This is more than just a coordination role—it’s a chance to be at the heart of shaping how a modern, global company works and grows. You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of People & Operations to bring big ideas to life, whether it’s rolling out new employee engagement initiatives, enhancing our remote work experience, or streamlining key people processes. You’ll have the freedom to take ownership, propose process improvements, and turn insights into action. If you’re energized by the idea of building something meaningful, love wearing multiple hats, and thrive in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments, we’d love to meet you!
