Our client, a Professional Services Firm in Dublin 6 are currently seeking an experienced junior payroll professional to join their team. The successful candidate will be assisting their wider payroll team with payroll administration on behalf of a number of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the end-to-end payroll process and auto enrolment compliance for a portfolio of clients
• Updating payroll system with all payroll changes – starters, leavers, tax credits, contract changes, maternity, parental, unpaid, voluntary deductions etc
• Handle all payroll processing tasks required for processing to completion of the payroll process including the processing and filing of ERR Submissions
• Being available to assist and support the team in responding to queries from clients, 3rd party providers etc.

Experience & Knowledge:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a a computerised payroll environment.
• Qualification in a payroll related discipline (e.g. IPASS) would be an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, combined with excellent numeracy skills

• Have experience of data processing
