Sleator Plant is part of the Ballyvesey Holdings group of companies.Sleator Plant based in Dublin have the following position available due to growth and expansion.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role as a Parts / Service Coordinator & you will be responsible for the following areas:

• Stock control of all OEM Parts.
• Assist & Advise Customers via telephone /email or face to face .
• Ensure parts are efficiently pre picked and distributed to service engineers.
• Process Orders from Customers and Service Technicians.
• Build and maintain strong lasting relationships with new & existing customers
• Ensure that parts issued are charged correctly to appropriate jobs .
• Maintain an organised dept ensuring all parts are held in the correct locations
• Order parts from suppliers
• Comply with Health & Safety standards and company policy
• Cordinate with service engineers ref breakdowns etc

The Successful Candidate will be ideally

• Experience working in a busy parts department
• Computer literate – Sage & Excel is desirable
• Attention to detail is essential
• English essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Hard Working
• Ambitious
• Ability to go the extra mile for customers & colleagues
• Wishing to advance their career

• Salary €40k – €45k
