About the role

Reporting to the Head of On-Premise, GTR and DTC for Treasury Premium Brands (TPB), this role will be responsible for the development of the National Partnership strategy and execution for the TPB portfolio. This role will seek out and evaluate new partnership opportunities, manage existing partnerships and support the broader commercial team’s efforts in pursuit of brand-building and sales-generating partnership opportunities.

  • Manage the overall partnership strategy, including reviewing proposals, negotiating agreements, and developing creative concepts.

  • Develop a deep understanding of TPB Partnership priorities and take full ownership of strategy and execution for key partnerships.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to manage partnership marketing, negotiate agreements, and develop execution platforms that allow our brands to shine and meet the needs of our partners.

  • Conduct market research, network, and prospect to create new and long-term brand partnership opportunities that align with strategic goals.

  • Build relationships with partners to improve the execution of priorities, support innovation planning, and translate product trends into unique partnership opportunities.

Please note this role requires some intrastate and interstate travel with occasional evening and weekend work (attending & activating events).

About you

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager within the drinks industry who excels in managing portfolios and making strategic decisions to achieve goals. You are adept at leading multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic environment.

  • Attention to detail, self-motivation, and a sense of urgency around delivering on goals

  • Experience working across multiple teams, building agreements and influencing stakeholders

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate the TPB brand narratives in a customer and consumer-centric manner

  • Strong business acumen, being able to effectively manage A&P marketing budget in collaboration with Commercial teams

  • Manage external experiential agencies as needed

  • Willingness to travel, and ability to work independently and autonomously

  • Experience working with a complex, fast-paced and geographically dispersed organisation
