Overview

Tempo Software is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager located in EMEA to manage co-marketing strategy and execution with top solution partners in the Atlassian ecosystem.

Reporting to the Head of Partner Marketing you will build marketing campaigns that elevate the Tempo brand and drive sales through our partners. This will include content creation, communications, and in-person and digital events.

The role is incredibly collaborative and cross-functional, working closely with Tempo’s Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own key marketing relationships with Tempo’s top partners in EMEA, maintaining a regular cadence of communication and building co-marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate across Tempo teams to create partner marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive sales
  • Manage our partner portal (Magentrix) to provide training and enablement materials to partners
  • Support planning and execution of the Partner Advisory Board, an annual in-person meeting with top partners that includes training and 1:1 meetings with Tempo leadership
  • Oversee Tempo’s sponsorship and involvement in large Atlassian and partner events as well as Atlassian Community Events located in EMEA
  • Represent the partner perspective in meetings/projects with internal stakeholders and regularly report on the success of various partner marketing initiatives

 

What we’re looking for

  • 3-5 years of B2B partner management, partner marketing, or product marketing experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with an ability to work with many internal stakeholders and partners
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to effectively work with a distributed team and manage multiple projects and events simultaneously
  • Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally as part of a small but mighty marketing team
  • Ability to travel to tradeshows and team meetings a few times per year

 

Preferred experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the Atlassian ecosystem as well as using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience using systems such as Slack, Google Suite, and Salesforce
