Our mission for the GPC organisation is to create a vibrant, world-class partner ecosystem that aligns to the GPC mission & transformational operating model principles. With the objective of helping to enable & accelerate ServiceNow growth to $20B and beyond.This individual will play a key role in delivering on the GPC transformational vision: ‘Partner Success’ is synonymous with ‘Customer Success’ in accelerating Digital Transformation & predictable Business Outcomes for our partners in UKI.We are looking for a dynamic Partner Manager that thrives in a fast pace working environment and can play an integral role in developing ServiceNow’s relationships strategic alliance partners – in the UKI market.Primary focus:

  • Regionalise the global, strategic multi-year joint plans with our alliance partners focused on Co-Sell & Co-Delivery to accelerate our joint Clients’ Digital Transformation Journey in enterprise segments.
  • Enable & establish World Class Delivery Capability, Capacity & Competency with named alliance partners by NOW Product Line.
  • Drive Alliance operational rigor, consistency and business review governance with ServiceNow and senior partner stakeholders.

Reporting into the UKI Director, Global Partnerships and Channels (GPC), fulfilling this role means you will be managing the relationship, strategy development and execution, and all go-to-market functions with four of our alliance relationships within ServiceNow UKI’s geography. A successful Partner Manager enables cross collaboration between ServiceNow and our alliance partner, creates and executes strategic plans and drives market development activities that accelerates ServiceNow and partner’s position within the market.The ideal candidate will have some experience operating at the senior executive levels and have a solid understanding of partner’s business model. A high business acumen is a must with the ability to translate how ServiceNow’s technology platform can enable partner’s go-to-market service offerings.A high-energy candidate with diverse skill sets such as relationship building, strategy development, negotiation, problem solving and communications and who are looking to operate at the executive levels should apply.Required Competencies:Leadership competencies:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global strategic joint business plan that drives all aspects of the partner relationship including: executive interlocks, business development, enablement, certification plans, partner marketing, and solution development
  • Presents and promotes ServiceNow’s value proposition and capabilities that enables the partner to build a profitable ServiceNow business
  • Manage all relationship interlocks: executive, product development, marketing, and delivery
  • Develop and execute capacity plans to assure partner is well positioned to deliver successful customer implementations
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to build and execute joint demand generation plans
  • Support joint sales pursuit activities
  • Develop and execute joint solution development plans with emphasis on targeted industry markets
  • Regular communications that promotes the success of the partnership
  • Lead regular business performance / relationship reviews with senior management
  • Build and maintain activity and performance reports and dashboards

QualificationsTo be successful in this role you have:

  • Excellent instincts and proven ability to interface at a senior levels with ease
  • Adept at moving quickly between low-level execution and high-level strategic thinking and organization
  • A good understanding of partner’s operating model
  • Superior relationship building skills across internal and partner stakeholders
  • High level of communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Diligent at measuring and communicating progress to achieve targeted business results, identifying obstacles and associated remediation plans.
  • The successful candidate will be adaptable and flexible, able to work and thrive in a highly dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance objectives
  • Experience and success operating within the Enterprise market
  • Fast paced, high growth company experience
  • High business acumen with a sales, marketing, and solution development mindset
  • Capable of performing in a virtual team environment
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Experience:

  • 5+ years in Global System Integrator alliance management or business development role within the enterprise software ecosystem.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. MBA a plus.
