Salary Range: $42,000-$51,000

Reports to: Partner Acquisition Manager

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

The Partner Acquisition Specialist (PAS) is responsible for recruiting & hiring talent for our network of Partners. The PAS is also responsible for various administrative tasks within the

Partner Acquisition Team, such as responding to applicants, arranging interviews, answering

general questions, shipping equipment and overseeing the paperwork process for onboarding partners. The Partner Acquisition Specialist’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner Acquisition:

  • Create and update job ads for all partner positions
  • Oversee the application process to ensure applicants are followed up with promptly
  • Review every new application daily to determine eligibility
  • Schedule interviews with all photographers, scanners, and aerial pilots
  • Manage email/phone communication with potential candidates for all partner positions
  • Respond to all applicant emails within 24 hours M-F
  • Maintain ads on recruiting platforms such as Team Tailor
  • Ensure our recruiting efforts are done in a manner that promotes the partnership relationship with partners’ business
  • Act urgently to improve the recruiting and onboarding process when there are challenges.
  • Maintain and manage our leased equipment inventory
  • Ship and receive all leased equipment that is shipped to partners
  • Communicate with onboarding partners to hold them accountable to onboarding timeline and answer/direct questions
  • Solving problems for recruiting and researching new and innovative ways to recruit effectively.
  • Create partner accounts in our various systems to ensure they are set up for success before entering the field
  • Update Partner database with all relevant information from interview notes to partner clearances and any other information pertinent to them partnering with Virtuance
  • Ensure all partners have the correct qualified gear prior to beginning their partnership with us
  • Review and respond to various requests in our Slack communication channels from our PSS and CS teams in regard to availability/scheduling challenges
  • Collaborate with other members of the photography team to ensure Partner Acquisition questions are answered and the team is updated on various projects
  • Provide general support to the Partner Acquisition Manager on various projects and initiatives as they arise

Partner Availability: Assist Partner Acquisition Manager with getting partners certified on additional products to maintain product availability

  • Reach out to the current team of partners and get them certified to offer additional products in their market
  • Communicate availability challenges to the operations team so they are aware of challenges and solutions
  • Review weekly reports to ensure there is enough partner availability to support our client base in all markets

Partner Support and Culture

  • Ensure our awesome company culture extends to the applicants and partners in the field
  • Ensure applicants and all partners feel heard, valued, and supported in the field

Monthly/Annual Tasks

  • Review the number of applicants to ensure the Partner Acquisition Department is on track to meet goals
  • Adhere to and be held accountable for recruiting metrics
  • Review and update all team SOPs to ensure alignment is maintained across the Partner Acquisition Team

REQUIREMENTS

Recruiting Experience – Preferred but not required

Customer Service and Communication Skills

  • Customer Service experience required
  • Genuine desire to connect with people and provide insight on a potential successful partnership
  • Be able to listen effectively to find the root cause of issues, communicate clearly and empathetically to solve the issue, and ensure the client/partner feels heard and supported.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for providing excellent customer support for our partners in the field, clients, and internal staff.
  • Be able to handle the spectrum of partner emotions: frustrated, bored, excited, stressed, etc., all while having patience and empathy, even in the most stressful situations.

  • Be able to prioritize working with the team on your assigned daily tasks while assisting with daily photographer support items as they occur
  • Demonstrate the ability to act with urgency when the situation warrants it to resolve issues

  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize your time so that you can master the delicate balance of team tasks and field support
