Our client, a leading and well-known TV production company are looking for an outstanding PA to the CEO / Office Manager to join the dynamic, fun and buzzy team!

Working for a group that represents some of the biggest global brands, this is a fun, lively and dynamic company. This is an excellent opportunity where you will play a key role providing utmost PA/ EA support to the wonderful CEO. The role will also encompass some basic day-to-day office management, ensuring the office is running smoothly and maintaining the space.

We are looking for an individual who possesses outstanding organisational skills as well as a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management for the CEO, Creative Director and Head of Development, including commissioner and internal meetings, programme screenings
  • Coordination of travel and accommodation arrangements, both in the UK and overseas
  • Administration of expenses
  • Preparation and submission of programme award submissions
  • Management of website and social media accounts as necessary, with updates on new commissions and transmission dates
  • Providing administrative support for the wider Development Team, including helping with pitches, treatment documents, etc.
  • General department administration and assisting with coordination of office management i.e. reporting IT problems, stationery supplies, kitchen items, booking rooms for meetings.
  • Organising company social events
  • Ordering gifts as required
  • Management of specific projects tasks as required

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally 2-3+ years of solid PA / Office Management experience
  • A background in TV ideally
  • Impeccable organisational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and hands-on environment
  • Highly efficient and organised
  • Confident to work independently and make decisions quickly
  • Team player, no job is too small
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Friendly and approachable with the ability to develop great working relationships
  • Excellent knowledge of Outlook, and all Microsoft Programmes
  • Meticulous attention to detail

Expected salary

£35000 – 40000 per year
