What are some of the things you will be doing?
Serve as the customer voice in the company
Manage our chat & email client communication using Intercom
Solve issues encountered by our clients
Manage & help create our help center, including both text & video how-to content
Improve our automatic onboarding
Detect and enhance use cases that lead to retention
Test new features and key releases
Analyze our data to suggest product improvements
Help drive upgrades

Requirements
3+ years of successful experience in customer success in a SaaS company is a must
Customer success experience in a low-touch environment
Strong understanding of SaaS products and the customer success lifecycle
Mother tongue level speaking & written English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work in European hours
