Are you a customer-oriented professional seeking a long-term opportunity in a REMOTE setting? Express has the job for you! Our client is now hiring for a REMOTE Operations Support Specialist to serve as a liaison between customers, field personnel, and service providers. Quality Control and Communicating to keep a balance between customers and subcontractors is an essential part of this position.

Work Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Process all work orders in a timely fashion, informing all necessary parties involved, updating 
  • the work order networks daily.
  • Ensuring District Managers and Service Providers have copies of their current scope of work 
  • and any floor plans, and timelines necessary to do their jobs.
  • Take Customer calls, and other misc. operations related calls from District Managers and Service 
  • Providers daily.
  • Produce daily IVR reports for management, customer, and District Managers.
  • Showing action plans on complaints to document complaints, audits & requests in central 
  • database and follow up for action plans daily or as needed.
  • Join internal or customer conference calls when requested by management.
  • Maintain weekly calendar of scrubs and strips for 200+ stores, with info supplied by District 
  • Managers.
  • Process all Service Provider payables for extra work in excel.
  • Report all work orders for extra work to accounting.
  • Maintain HubSpot database of any changes to accounts.
  • Assist District Managers in scheduling and coordination of services and executing work orders.
  • Process all Service Provider signoffs during strip season.
  • Make customer quality control calls when time allows, focusing on any troubled areas as 
  • directed by VP of Operations.
  • Ensure any Service Provider changes are documented properly in all areas EX: HubSpot, new 
  • payable agreements sent, etc.
  • Monitor incoming emails while completing daily tasks and respond to emails daily.
  • Produce information for any customer reporting that is required.
  • Draft any letters or announcements to Service Providers as directed.
  • Any misc. projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Representative, office administration experience or similar role
  • Remote experience preferred
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Teams)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
