DNA Recruit are working with a pioneering Immersive Agency known for crafting multi-sensory experiences for global brands. From hyper-reality experiences to large-scale entertainment events, they deliver memorable moments through cutting-edge technology and creative concepts that captivate audiences worldwide.Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Manager to ensure their office runs smoothly and support live event projects. This role involves overseeing office management, business operations, HR administration, and providing logistical support for events.   • Maintain efficient office management systems and oversee supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate facilities management and ensure health and safety protocols are followed.
  • Manage office costs and organise industry events and internal team-building activities.
  • Support the CEO and senior team with operational tasks and policy development.
  • Streamline workflows and improve cross-departmental communication.
  • Monitor operational metrics, analyse data, and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT providers to manage internal systems and provide technical support.
  • Assist with top-level executive and board meetings, including documentation and minutes.
  • Handle recruitment processes, employee onboarding/offboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Provide logistical support for live event projects, including travel arrangements and on-site support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR software systems.
