Hi. My name is Rory, and I’m looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join my team in a remote capacity to promote our online courses and events. The Digital Marketing Manager will create and manage all digital marketing campaigns and properties to promote the company and its products.The ideal candidate is a self-starter, loves a challenge, and has a passion for learning. To be successful, the Digital Marketing Manager must have the ability to think strategically. They must be disciplined to work productively in a remote capacity, self motivated and also able to join company global training calls.Responsibilities:

• Create and strategise – Develop niche digital marketing campaigns to generate traffic and convert leads. Contact and process those leads following our proven 3 step system, from initial contact, to interview and providing information on the courses we offer
• Measure – Report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and compare to the goals required. Conduct testing on digital marketing strategies and adjust campaigns to ensure success. You need to be able to accept campaigns that don’t bring the results as learning experiences to work towards a consistent lead flow
• Set Big Goals And Work Towards Achieving Them – Work out your individual marketing campaign and results you want from each, then keep focus on those goals to achieve the end result.

Requirements:

• No formal education is required, however this is not suited to students
• Experience leading and managing digital advertising campaigns may benefit you
• A desire to achieve big goals in your work and life
