This could be the perfect role for you, working full time – Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm?Dalata Hotel Group plc, the largest hotel group in Ireland with a growing presence in the UK & continental Europe is currently recruiting for an Office Receptionist to join our Central Office team.Our state of the art new offices are based in Sandyford Industrial Estate and due to an internal promotion, we are hiring for a Office Receptionist.This is an on site office-based role that is key to the Central Office support team, liaising with Senior Executives across all elements of the business.Benefits of the role

Key Duties and Responsibilities:Reception

  • Answering phones and ensuring calls are transferred or messages taken.
  • Meet and greet office visitors and suppliers.
  • Dealing with and organising deliveries and couriers.
  • Complaint handling and customer care – Track & Trace all complaints with relevant follow up with hotels and Group General Managers.
  • Assisting Group Facilities dept with admin support – purchase orders, sending surveys and general admin
  • Supporting Group General Managers of Clayton and Maldron Hotels in Ireland, UK and Europe with activities such as presentations, minute taking, etc
  • Managing info@dalata/clayton/maldrone email inboxes – responding in a timely manner
  • Monitor and maintain presentation of the office to a high standard.
  • Coordinate and monitor office operations in Office Managers absence to ensure company requirements are sufficiently met on a daily basis
  • Mange the post incoming and outgoing for the office.
  • Assist with suppliers to Central Office regarding products & services i.e. cleaners, engineers, water/heating repairs and landlord etc.
  • Deal with highly sensitive documentation and reports, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • We have 9 on site meeting rooms and this role will have a role in ensuring meeting room preparation, greeting guests and refreshments including during breaks and lunch.
  • Any other reasonable duties as required by the needs of the business.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and proficient in the following compentencies:

  • 2 years’ experience in an administrative or reception position in a corporate office or a hotel is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills.
  • Excellent standard of written and verbal English is essential.
  • Proficent in Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Teams.
  • Strong experience in customer service and guest relations.
  • Flexibility and can do attitude.
  • Warm & Welcoming persona as this role is the first point of contact for all stakeholders.
