We’re seeking an exceptional Office Administrator to support the AWS Enterprise Support Area Leader for Australia and New Zealand. This role combines executive assistant and office management responsibilities, serving as a crucial enabler for our ANZ Enterprise Support business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate superior organizational abilities, excel at managing multiple priorities, and possess the judgment to handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, requiring strong relationship-building skills and professional maturity.

In this role, you’ll be essential to the smooth operation of our ANZ Enterprise Support business, working closely with leadership to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. The successful candidate will combine strong administrative capabilities with business acumen and a customer-focused mindset.

Key job responsibilities

• Own key business mechanisms for the ANZ Enterprise Support team. Organize and execute leadership team activities including leadership meetings, business reviews, all-hands meetings, and team events across ANZ locations

• Track and report on key business metrics, maintaining dashboards and coordinating inputs for regional and global reporting

• Provide executive support to the ANZ Enterprise Support Area Leader, including complex calendar management, scheduling and travel arrangements

• Manage administrative processes for the ANZ Enterprise Support organization, including facilities coordination. Collaborate with key stakeholders across AWS including HR, Recruiting, Finance, and Facilities teams

• Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for team members and visitors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies

• Support the planning and execution of customer events and leadership team offsites

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional or military experience

  • 3+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience

  • High school or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with end-to-end project management

  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
