Job Summary:
We are looking for an OEM Field Support Manager (FSM) to be based in Little Rock, AR supporting one of our key OEM customers directly. This person will manage the daily OEM support requirements driving benchmark customer satisfaction levels. They’ll be the primary liaison between the assigned customer and P&WC in support of technical and commercial service-related activities. They will own, maintain, and drive action items for the assigned customer to achieve strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact with P&WC customers, responsible to provide on-site assistance and solutions for all technical, commercial, and operational issues encountered while working in partnership with the appropriate departments at P&WC.
Highly trained and skilled individual with expert knowledge of P&WC engines and must be able to work well at all levels within their customer base, from the CEO to the Director of Maintenance, Engineers, and Technicians.
Communicate, interface and work effectively with many internal P&WC departments to achieve the results of delighting their customer base.
Frequent travel to visit and support the primary OEM customer. Work schedule may vary and is dependent upon the support requirements. Some duties may require to work irregular hours and maintain a frequent travel schedule, sometimes on short notice. From time to time after normal working hours, it may become necessary to respond to certain AOG (Aircraft-On-Ground) or line stoppage requirements.
Manage and support the customer CRM accounts. Act as a single point of contact for the strategic customer along with acting as a liaison between Customer Programs, Global Frontline, and the surrounding customer base.
Support regional technical/commercial reviews and senior management meetings with the customer. Support Entry-into-Service (EIS) delivery activities on new engine models while defining strategies to drive service improvements and provide best-in-class support.
Basic Qualifications:
University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience Engineering/Other Technical Positions.
Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder.
50%+ travel to OEM site. No relocation offered.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD – 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
