Farnham Estate 4* Spa and Golf Resort is a 158-bedroom luxury hotel and golf resort based in Cavan. It has significant occupancy throughout the year, a reputation for excellent guest service and is an exceptional relaxing, comfortable destination venue.The Role:The Night Porter is required for the Front Office Department. The Night Porter will assist with the security of the Hotel, cleaning duties and service to guests. The Night Porter is responsible for front office duties including , covering night audit duties , dealing with guests queries and requests, driving guests to and from the car park. The Night Porter must have a full understanding of the Fire & Safety procedures of the Hotel to assure guest safety at all times. The Night Porter is required to maintain the cleanliness of the Hotel and clean areas of the Hotel.The Ideal Candidate will:· Have a Full Driving License· Have Excellent Interpersonal Skills· Be able to provide exceptional guest satisfaction and guest care· Good IT Skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office· Be able to work on their own initiative and highly motivated· Previous experience in a similar role is desirableWhat we Offer:· Discounts across our group of hotels including, accommodation, food and beverages, spa and golf· Free parking and meals on duty· Uniform provided.
