• Assist Night Manager with operations of the Nights team. • Front Office duties including running the night audit report and check-in and check-out of guests • To be familiar with and adhere to all statutory and legal requirements for fire, hygiene, health and safety, GDPR, and employment legislation. • Assist the night team in carrying out additional tasks on the overnight shift as they arise. • Clearly demonstrate to guests and colleagues a commitment to service excellence. • To ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay. • Manages the completion of night tasks outlined in the shift task list to a high level. • Effectively manage room inventory by liaising with related departments.
