A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced professional to join the leadership team of the Newborn Screening Programme at Peterborough City Hospital.We are seeking an individual with strong management skills to oversee a small, dedicated, and experienced team of hearing screeners who play a crucial role in supporting our perinatal services.If you are passionate about making a difference in newborn hearing screening and have the expertise to lead and inspire a team, we would love to hear from you.Main duties of the jobAs the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Newborn Hearing Screeners, ensuring the smooth operation and organisation of daily work planning for the screening team. Your role will encompass the collation and reporting of all standards pertaining to the Newborn Hearing Screening Programme.
