Our client, a global High Frequency Trading Firm, is seeking a HPC Network Engineer to join their burgeouning London team. Some pointers as to what is going to cut it:

• The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of commercial experience in a trading environment and possess expertise in client-server architectures, network design, Cisco NX-OS/IOS, multicast networking, and various networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF, MSDP, and PIM.
• They will have CCNP certification, Unix/Linux proficiency, scripting skills (Python or similar).
• Experience with VPN technologies including IPSEC and GRE are also required.
• The ideal candidate will thrive in a cutting-edge role, collaborating closely with software engineers to align technical solutions with the analytic needs of various trading strategies.
