You will be working in agile teams with all the support and training you need.At BearingPoint we are growing quickly, and we are currently hiring a Lead who has experience in full stack .NET development to join our Software Development team.As a .Net Tech Lead, you will….

• Lead and manage a team of .NET developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of .NET applications.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical direction and support in the design and implementation of .NET applications. Participate in code reviews and pair programming. Develop low-level design for APIs etc. Design and develop applications through the full SDLC in a DevOps environment. Create unit and integration tests, and manage API Gateways, web servers, and message queues.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Your experience:

• Minimum 10 years’ of hands development experience in a .NET enterprise environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Strong experience with C#, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5 , MVC, SQL, .NET, .NET Core, Web API and other related technologies.
• Demonstrable experience building REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of clean code
• Worked in Agile with knowledge of Scrum processes
• Experience in continuous integration processes, continuous deployment methodologies
• Familiarity with DevOps processes and strategies
• Knowledge and experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git
• Experience as a best practice advisor across software engineering, architecture, security and data governance
• Implementation lead experience in developing core components of a technical architecture including APIs
• Experience working with stakeholders to help define business requirements for systems based on outlined strategic technology platforms
