Native Advertising Expert – Freelance

At Dolead, we specialize in running high-performance paid marketing campaigns, integrating customer data seamlessly, and delivering sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.

We’re looking for a Native Advertising Expert with deep expertise in Outbrain and Taboola to join our team and drive lead generation campaigns for international clients across Europe (focus on France).

This is a freelance role – full remote from EMEA (+/- 2h from France)

Daily rate : 150-200€ depending on profile & experience

Missions:

As a Native Advertising Expert, you will:

Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget native advertising campaigns (€50k+/month) on Outbrain and Taboola, ensuring maximum ROI and lead quality.

Manage a portfolio of 10-15 clients across diverse verticals, tracking and analyzing campaign performance (revenue, margin, and lead quality).

Leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance, volume, and profitability.

Test and iterate on new strategies, creatives, and targeting approaches to enhance advertising effectiveness.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations teams to build and optimize acquisition funnels.

Your Profile

2+ years of hands-on experience managing native advertising campaigns on Outbrain and Taboola, with a focus on lead generation, conversion, and acquisition.

Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns (€50k+/month) and delivering measurable results.

Strong analytical skills with a performance-driven mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Experience managing multiple accounts and clients simultaneously, with a focus on the french market.

Fluent in French and English.

Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.

Eager to collaborate with an international team and contribute to a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
