Job Title: National CT Clinical Consultancy Service (CT CCS) Support – Counter Terrorism Policing HQSalary: The starting salary is £33,348, which includes allowances totalling £2,841.The salary is broken down as £30,507 basic salary, which will increase annually until you reach the top of the scale £32,639 Plus, a location allowance of £1,841 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.Location: Across London/Hybrid WorkingThe successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the National CT CCS Lead and National CT CCS Manager.Your role will include (but is not limited to) organising diaries, meetings and board papers, producing data reports and meeting minutes, managing CCS communications, and liaising with CCS colleagues and external partners. Occasional travel within the UK may be required.Key Responsibilities:The post holder will: * Provide business administrative support to the CT CCS team.

  • Manage the CCS mailbox and diary.
  • Provide coordination for CT CCS staff across the network (e.g. for training provision).
  • Plan and organise meetings for the CCS management team.
  • Support the running of the CT CCS Operational Board and CT CCS Governance Board by managing logistics and arrangements.
  • Manage the commissioning and circulation of Board papers.
  • Produce high-quality minutes, ensuring any follow-up actions are progressed.
  • Collect/disseminate CCS information for/from the national CCS team (e.g. performance information reports)
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in the CT CCS, other CTPHQ units, the CT Network and with external stakeholders.
  • May be required to visit CCS sites outside of London on occasion.

VettingThis post requires access to the most sensitive intelligence material on a daily basis. Applicants must hold or be prepared to undergo National Security Vetting (NSV) Security Check (enhanced) (SC(e)) level before taking up the post; with a willingness to undergo Developed Vetting (DV) once in post, if required.Additionally, this material is of particular sensitivity to the UK and its distribution must be restricted to UK nationals. In approved circumstances dual nationals (of which one element is British) may also be granted access. However, in the event that potential conflicts of interest cannot be managed the post holder will not be able to see the intelligence material and will not be able to perform their duties.   • GCSE Grade in Maths and English
  • Be organised and able to meet deadlines.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Be self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Be able to capture relevant meeting minutes and actions and document them accurately.
  • Be able to support the production of performance/management information reports.

Experience:

  • Experience of minute taking in meetings and recording actions generated.
  • Experience in organising and facilitating meetings.
  • Experience of diary management, booking travel and accommodation, and arranging events and booking venues.

Desirables:

  • Knowledge of the CT policing network and CT Policing governance structures.
