  • Reporting to the On-Site Mitie Security Manager.
  • National Control Room Operator assigned to a High Spec Conrol Room.
  • Pro-actively ensuring the protection of employees, property and assets via a HI-Tech Solution based programmes.
  • Creating a safe working environment for employees and visitors whilst carrying out critical duties.
  • Responding to emergency situations as they arise and following the strict documented escalation processes in a calm concise manner.
  • Accurately reporting all incidents.
  • Monitoring and operating all IT systems, which include App Based Programmes, CCTV operations and other recording systems for multiple sites and multiple operations. Ability to multitask and have attention to detail is crucial
  • Working 12 Hours per shift. Rosters are given 4 weeks in advance
  • Full training will be provided.

About you:

  • Previous Conrol Room Experience preferable
  • Valid PSA License
  • 5 years previous checkable work history.
  • Be able to provide work references.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to communicate without issue.
  • Strong IT skills are esential
  • Be dependable and available to work a regular work schedule
  • Possessing a friendly, approachable personality.
  • Smart and presentable appearance.
