National Air Logistics Trade Lane Manager in Melbourne, Australia

We are looking for an experienced Trade Lane Manager who has proven results in developing trade lanes, positioning and selling Airfreight to a customer base nationally.

Your Role

This is a development role that will have national focus with a bigger picture. Even during these testing times we have been able to maintain our market dominance and are looking for someone who can grow our business further.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and actively pursuesales leads

  • Maintain a healthypipeline

  • Develop a GTM (go tomarket plan) and strategy

  • Develop relationshipswith key decision makers at customers

  • Quoting rates to suitcustomers’ needs

  • Building and deliveringcustomer focused sales proposals and solutions

  • Maintaining and growingexisting successful accounts

  • Reviewing salesperformance with customers through periodic business reviews

  • Enrich and develop thecustomer experience

  • Continuous improvement #LI-DNI
