Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading food manufacturing company in their search for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work in their leading facility in Market Drayton.**£5,000 signing-on bonus after successful completion of a probationary period.**For the successful Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, our client is offering:

• £54,000 per annum
• 7:00 – 7:00, 4 on 4 off (days and nights)
• Permanent position
• £5,000 signing-on bonus
• Annual 5% bonus
• Benefits package including life assurance and health care cover
• Overtime available at x1.5 rate
• Single-skilled candidates considered with upskilling opportunities available
• Relocation package offered (UK only)

The Role – Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

• To diagnose faults and to test, repair, and maintain Mechanical / Electrical equipment

Uses PMS to support prioritisation and problem-solving (RCFA) * Contact OEM’s and other suppliers for technical support as and when required and expedite parts when not available on-site

• Analyse trends in reoccurring faults and breakdowns and Reduce downtime of current equipment
• Use and support departmental 5s programmes for workshops and stores
• Developing and recording all engineering activities carried out by use of the Electronic
• Maintenance Management System
• All functions to be carried out in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 quality management standard

What our client is looking for in a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

• Recognised Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship – ESSENTIAL
• Experience within the FMCG industry – ESSENTIAL
• Must be Muli-Skilled – ESSENTIAL
• Food/FMCG background – DESIRABLE
• OSHH/Nebosh – DESIRABLE
