Motion Designer (m/f/d)

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We’re looking for an experienced Motion Designer to join our Creative Team at Phiture. In this role, you will be responsible for producing striking videos for our clients’ apps. You will develop engaging motion graphics for User Acquisition channels such as Facebook, Google, Snapchat, and TikTok. You get to work with one of the world’s leading mobile growth consultancies, with well-known apps, in a friendly and laid-back work atmosphere.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to ideate and create beautifully crafted, high-performing marketing assets and campaigns for channels including – but not limited to –  Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and the Google Display Network
• Work on projects from start to finish; brainstorming new concepts, developing storyboards, animating videos, selecting imagery, footage and music; as well as creating iterations on winning concepts
• Understand clients’ brand guidelines and ensure that they align seamlessly with the creatives you produce
• Create, adhere to, and iterate on performance marketing best practice guidelines
• Design localized creative assets for a range of markets
• Design with a data-driven approach, ensuring results of tested creatives influence and inform later creative decisions
• Work collaboratively with our ASO design teams on iOS custom product pages
• Be able to work flexibly on other graphic design tasks to support the design team across a range of other assignments – when not focusing on performance marketing

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 3+ years of work experience as a Motion Designer
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects
• Experience working with global brands
• Experience working in-house or at an agency, preferably mobile
• The ability to work independently but also to collaborate as part of a team
• A deep understanding of layout, typography, timing, and staging
• Demonstrable creative thinking and a love of motion graphics
• The ability to be organized, move at speed, iterate, and develop new ideas
• Ability to manage yourself and take initiative
• The ability to present and justify your creative decisions internally and to clients
• Able to work under pressure on urgent deadlines without compromising the quality of work
• Excellent written and spoken English communication
• Great interest in mobile app marketing

Nice to have

• Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch
• Experience with conversion designs (A/B testing etc.)
• Experience in project management
• Experience in 3-D Modelling (Blender or similar)
• Experience in creating GIFs and HTML5 banners
