MUST BE COLLABORATIVE.Role and Responsibilities:
- To supervise the site operations from 6am to 10am, Monday to Friday.
- To supervise porters and cleaning operatives from 7am to 10am
- To ensure that the morning cleaning is completed by 10am
- To ensure that the portering duties are completed according to deadlines.
- To respond to radio calls between 7am and 10am and resolve any issues which may be notified by the clients or cleaning operatives.
- To check and action the Hand Over Notes left by the management and Evening Supervisor
- To prepare the equipment and materials for the staff before the start of shift
- To provide handover reports at the end of every shift for the Day Supervisor and Management
- To manage and maintain cleaning equipment and materials to high standards.
- To prioritise health and safety at all levels.
- Carry out all duties in accordance with the training received
- To attend additional training courses when required including in house toolbox talks
- To endorse new Company initiatives and ensure they are implemented on site.
- To provide feedback to the Cleaning Team in relation to their performance and service levels.
- To ensure the smooth delivery of exceptional cleaning and portering services.
- To comply with the Company accident reporting procedure and assist promptly and accurately in the completion of all relevant documentation
- Comply with Health & Safety Legislation
- Comply with Company and Client policies and procedures
- To build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues/key clients/Stakeholders.
- To report any building faults to the Estates team for rectification.
- To escalate incidents or areas of concern to line manager.
- Any other duties commensurate with the grade and as required by the nature of the role.
