THE COMPANYMy clients are an M&E Maintenance company based in Cambridgeshire and have been operating for over 30 years.They deliver M&E building services maintenance to Commercial Offices, healthcare, education, retail (shopping centres), transport and manufacturing sectors throughout the entire UK.Mobile Fabric Engineer – Suffolk, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, CambridgeshireMonday – Friday / 8am – 5pm / 40 hour weeksYou will be working on a mobile basis carrying out Maintenance & Breakdown works to Fabric Kit across their portfolio of clients across Suffolk, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire.Duties:
- Changing light bulbs and ensuring other fixtures and fittings are in good working order
- Minor plumbing and carpentry
- Clearing or cleaning general areas
- Assembling furniture or equipment
- Changing filters on air conditioning systems
- Hanging doors
- New locks
- Painting and decorating
- Tiling and carpeting floors
- Basic electrical works
- Basic mechanical works
- Emergency lighting testing
- Water flushing
You must have:
- Relevant C&G or NVQ in a trade (Carpentry/Plumbing/Mechanical/Electrical)

- Up to £35k
- Travel after 30 mins each way
