Location: This is a field based, mobile position covering the Lincolnshire and Peterborough areas. The main postcodes that the role covers are: LN & PE.This role is working for high street retail & high street banking clients for the TS-Mobile division.Salary: The salary is based between £28,548-£40,107. The salary on offer that is made will be dependant upon the candidate`s qualifications and experience.Benefits: Pension, Life Assurance, Use of company vehicle for personal use, Employee Shares Schemes, Reward programme & Employee Assistance programme along with many other benefits & employee discounts.We are looking for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to undertake the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment. This includes service, maintenance, and repair of split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps. You may also be required to work on specific refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets / multideck or ice machines.You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of manufacturer plants, for example, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Media, Toshiba, and LG. Understanding installation designs and bespoke manufacturer trouble shooting procedures, whilst also being comfortable with seeking manufacturer technical support autonomously is desirable. You will be expected to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work. Candidates will have a full current driving licence and be willing to participate in an On-Call rota.The ideal candidate will have experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment. You must have relevant qualifications e.g., FGAS & ODS regs, time served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent. Also, knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working. You will need a driving licence. You will be provided opportunities for training, development, progression, and internal promotions.
