We have an exciting remote opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Administrator!

This is a position for a candidate well versed in infrastructure and cloud operations to work on the Sales & Fleet Support (SFS) applications team. This is an exciting and challenging role in a matrixed environment which will bridge the applications team with Infrastructure and Cyber teams across Pratt & Whitney and Raytheon Technologies. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Azure, Dynamics 365 CRM and PowerBI updates and new feature monitoring
  • Ownership of solution and code deployments to Production environment
  • GitHub stakeholder (governance, best practices, etc.)
  • Dynamics managed solution strategy
  • PW Architecture team/Corporate Architecture Board liaiso
  • Monitoring of our Dynamics 365 CRM environments, e.g., usage, storage
  • Compliance to published corporate standards
  • Firewall and performance trouble shooting
  • Audits and regulatory compliance liaison
  • New user set-ups/password resets
  • TPAM/service account ID maintenance
  • Azure AD group maintenance

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a technical field and 8+ years of experience in Information Technology; OR an Advanced Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a technical field and 5+ years of experience in Information Technology
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen – this position does require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in several of the following areas:

  • Firewalls
  • AD and Azure AD
  • Application design for 3-tiered architecture
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Microsoft PowerPlatform
  • Automated deployments processes/CICD
  • SQL
  • Working in a regulatory environment
  • PowerShell Scripting
  • IIS, .NET
  • SharePoint

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD – 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
