Maybe you are starting out in your career or looking to break into the Tech industry, then this might be the opportunity for you.We have specially developed an 18 month Emerging Talent Programme to support talent in the tech industry, regardless of age or background.Little or no experience? We don’t mind!We are looking for 2 open minded individuals with a hunger to learn to join our dynamic, high performing and growing Sales team based in Dublin city centre.This is a unique opportunity, starting in November 2024, for the right persons to work across the three best-known automotive brands: Carzone.ie, Carsireland.ie and Cartell.ie. and to gain a holistic view of how a successful digital marketplace company is run end-to-end.At the end of this programme, you will have the opportunity to apply for any suitable roles that best suit your strengths and aligns to our business goals and strategy.What will you be doing?

• Embark on a comprehensive learning journey; adding value from the outset through on-the-job learning projects which will support best practices and contribute to the success of our sales team and the wider business.
• Receive extensive training in our challenger style sales approach, gain experience in real live sales scenarios and gain a wealth of knowledge across all areas of our business to support your career development along the way.
• Develop a deep understanding of our business end-to-end and support your career development along the way.

At the end of the program, you will be able to apply the these skills and responsibilities:

• Provide advice to existing business and potential new business
• Build relationships with our prospective & existing customers and car dealers.
• Use data and industry insights combined with a consultative approach to offer the right package and product to meet our customer needs.
• Manage a portfolio of customers and grow the overall ARPD (Average revenue per dealer) while sourcing new business.
• Use your own initiative to identify opportunities across new and existing business
• Fully comprehend the current suite of products, systems & processes.
• Collaborate closely and effectively with colleagues within the sales teams and across the group.
