MEP BIM Technician – Dublin City CentreOffice/Project Location: Dublin City CentreEmployment Type: PermanentWork Location: Office Based / HybridPay: €35k – €45k per yearExperience: 3+ yearsVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa requiredOur client is a leading Engineering Consultancy servicing clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical devices and healthcare sectors.This role can be based in Cork or Dublin.Work in BIM and CAD files using Revit and AutoCADWorking on the design and detailing of Mechanical and Electrical services across Data Centre, Pharma, Healthcare, Commercial, and EducationExperience of data centre and process pharmaceutical projects is desirable.Providing support to engineering staff via the production/modification of deliverables inc drawings & schedules etcWhen necessary preparing drawings from scratchTaking responsibility for discrete areas of systems co-ordination as delegated by senior engineering staffDistribution and workflow processing of the CAD team “in-tray”Liaison with internal team members and external clients re required drawing modifications of drawingsDocument control and filingIf/when required producing or assist in producing CAD briefing documents and sending required information to Manilla office.Filing, opening and checking drawings received from Manila for accuracy making modifications where required.Circulating PDFs for markups.Liaison with Manila office staff re drawing production when requiredRequirements2+ years’ experience in modelling mechanical and electrical systems within a consulting engineering office or building contractorProficient in BIM authoring software.
